Section 5: Personal Statement

Please explain your motivation for pursuing higher education, and how the scholarship will help you achieve your career goals. Be as specific as possible.  Your personal statement must be typed, Arial font, size 12, with one-inch margins, and be no more than two pages.

Section 6: List of extracurricular activities.

Must be typed, font - Arial, size - 12, one inch margins and no more than one  page. Resumes are acceptable.
